- No pets/animals on the property

Check-out: 11:00 AMFeel free to spend time at El Arca before your room is ready or after you've checked out. You may need to wait for your room to become available before check-in or vacate your room by 11:00 AM, but you're welcome to continue enjoying the property.

- Ethernet-hardwired internet points in the outdoor & indoor communal spaces in addition to within each bedroom.
- Electric contained to two walls and away from the sleeping space.
- Natural wooden & custom made furniture.

- Ensuite bathrooms (except for 2 bedrooms in the main house that have a Jack & Jill bathroom)
- Salt water pool with powerful jets that can help to defrag
- Fruit trees that are fruiting (seasonally)
- Edible herb garden beds (available by September of 2026)
- Reverse osmosis water with a heavy duty filtration system
- Ample amounts of grounding space with grass and dirt that is mineral rich from a highly volcanic part of the country.
- All houses are covered with the basalt volcanic rock which provides magnetism & emf protection. The outdoor & communal areas also contain this volcanic rock that can be used for grounding.
- Galvanised steel, insulated roofs for emf protection, acoustic & thermal insulation.
- Fly screens on all windows and doors.
- Double thickness glass for acoustic and thermal insulation
- Black out blinds in every bedroom
- Brand new ACs in every room

- If you choose to rent the main house you will have a kitchen, dining & living room space.
- Access to both the estuary & beach
- Beach buggy to transport yourself and your belongings to & from the beach.
- A caretaker & housekeeper on the property 5 days a week.
- Caretaker can provide you with fresh fruits, help move furniture or umbrellas and take care of all the garden on the property in addition to cleaning the car that belongs to the property.
- The housekeeper who will clean common areas daily (except washing dishes), clean rooms & bathrooms once a week and wash sheets and towels once a week.
- Laundry facilities will be available to use (September 2026). If you would like the housekeeper to wash your clothes it is $5 for a 1/2 basket & $10 for a full one.

A spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom apartment in Torre Foresta located in the exclusive enclave of El Encanto country club & golf course in Zaragoza.
Located 15-20 minutes from San Salvador and 20-25 minutes from the closest beach which is San Blas in La Libertad. This apartment is positioned at the back of the building facing nature with an outlook to some of the surrounding forest area.
Please note the minimum rental duration is 6 months and requires a signed lease agreement.
The price of the apartment is $4,000 per month and includes HOA, electricity, water and internet bills.
